Zscalre (ZIA) Lead USC/GC/TN/H4EAD

The Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) Lead will serve as the subject matter expert driving all ZIA platform engineering and architectural activities. This role requires deep hands-on experience with next-generation firewall and proxy technologies, strong solution design capability, and the leadership skills to help mature and scale the client’s Zscaler environment in partnership with Enterprise Security Architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the technical lead for ZIA engineering and architecture activities.

Understand, implement, and optimize Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) solutions aligned with enterprise security standards.

Lead and mentor a core engineering team, working closely with the Zscaler Technical Lead and Enterprise Security Architect.

Review solution architecture documentation, low-level designs, and engineering task decomposition.

Proven ability to understand and produce solution and system architectures that integrate with enterprise frameworks.

Principal Cyber AI Engineer (PHD level ideally) USC/GC/TN/H4EAD

The Principal Cyber AI Engineer will play a key role in the development, implementation, and optimization of advanced AI and machine learning algorithms to detect and mitigate cyber threats.

This role is focused on hands-on technical leadership, involving deep research into AI security models and working closely with other teams to integrate AI solutions into cybersecurity architectures.

Job Summary

Process Engineer

Location: Brookhaven, GA (5x/wk) USC/GC/TN/H4EAD

Client is seeking a Senior ITIL Process Engineer (Contractor) to lead and mature IT service management and business continuity processes across a complex enterprise environment. This role combines deep ITIL v4 expertise with hands-on process engineering, configuration management, and disaster recovery planning experience.

The ideal candidate will design, implement, and continuously improve ITSM and business resilience processes to ensure their critical infrastructure and services remain stable, compliant, and recoverable.

Key Responsibility

Purpose:

Design, implement, and optimize ITIL v4-aligned processes across Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, and Service Continuity Management. Lead the Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery (DR) planning lifecycle, including strategy development, documentation, and test execution. Develop and maintain Configuration Management Databases (CMDB) and associated governance frameworks ensuring data integrity, version control, and audit readiness. Engineer process automation and integration between ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy) and operational platforms to enhance visibility and resilience. Collaborate with service owners, operations, and risk teams to identify process gaps and create actionable improvement plans. Ensure all processes support regulatory and compliance requirements (ISO 22301, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.). Conduct risk assessments, business impact analyses, and dependency mapping across technology and business functions. Lead or participate in disaster recovery exercises, post-incident reviews, and process maturity assessments. 8+ years of progressive IT service management experience, with at least 5 years in process design and implementation roles. ITIL v4 Certification required (Managing Professional or Strategist preferred). Strong Configuration Management expertise, including CMDB data modeling, reconciliation, and process ownership. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools for process configuration, automation, and reporting. Experience with risk management frameworks and business impact analysis (BIA) methodologies.

Preferred Qualification

Key Responsibility

• Architect and build automation tooling and pipelines using NetBox, GitLab, Arista CVP/MCS, and Evertz Magnum.

• Own the automation stack, while supporting others in creating and maintaining operational runbooks.

• Guide vendor integrations: sometimes hands-on developing, other times serving as manager, tester, or approver of interfaces.

• Lead cross-functional task forces that bring together developers, broadcast engineers, and network engineers.

• Drive adoption of automation-first practices across the organization.
